How Do I Become a New Patient?
With the changing times and high volume of request, we are using the help of technology. Scroll down to find a New Patient Request Form. Do you take my insurance?
We have several providers in our office in several different insurance networks. Depending on your needs, we may or may not have someone in your insurance network available.
When is the next available appointment?
Our providers availability is extremely limited. Generally most providers have appointments available approximately 6-8 weeks from the time of scheduling.
Are appointments in person or virtual?
With the ongoing pandemic, and as long as insurance will allow, we continue to offer telehealth (video chat) appointments along with in-office. Options will be discussed when scheduling.
Do you accept children as patients?
Some of our providers accept patients under the age of 18 for therapy or neuropsychological testing. Not all providers see children and adolescents. Our psychiatry (medication management) providers do NOT accept patients under the age of 18.
